Endurance – Mental Toughness
The intense demands on executives require that they, and their organisations, take self-renewal seriously. Leaders must be able to expand their overall executive endurance and capacity through being aware of their mental toughness / resilience. In high pressured environments we are constantly be exposed to stressors that we either make us or break us. Your teams will be constantly looking up to you with how you cope under pressure, how positive you sound and how you stick to your goals or accept you challenges for growth. Through a robust and rigorous psychometric tool (MTQPlus) I will you measure your current mental toughness and then create a bespoke development plan so you can sustain your best performance.
Leadership Onboarding – (First 120 days)
The first 120 days in a new role is a critical time for a newly hired or promoted leader and the subsequent impact it may have on their organisation. I will work closely with external hires and internally promoted executives to scale their leadership to match the increased responsibilities of the role. By accelerating the acculturation process and making a great first impression, we help to ensure successful executive/leadership transitions.
Presence & Signature Voice
As a C Suite Executive , Middle Management or a Frontline Supervisor, you are constantly in the spotlight for guidance and decisions. How you look, act and sound is critical in gaining trust and creditability from those you are inspiring and influencing. I help all levels of leaders discover, unleash, and sustain their Presence and Signature Voice. We will work together to expand your impact and relationship effectiveness with key internal and external stakeholders, such as the board, executive peers, direct report teams, and your clients.
